At MWC Watches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your timepiece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.
Secure the Packaging
Carefully place the watch in its original presentation box along with all warranty cards, manuals, and protective films to ensure it is not damaged during transit.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
